Nature of the services
Mon Cap Fiscal delivers personalised information and simulation tools. The full terms of each service will be set out in the general conditions published before sales open.
Limits of the tools
The calculators and the assessment produce indicative estimates, based on your declarations and on the assumptions displayed under each tool, given the law in force at the stated date. They constitute neither personalised advice, nor an offer, nor a promise of gain. Every decision is taken on the basis of a documented review, validated by an authorised professional.
Intellectual property
All content (texts, guides, tools, brand, visual identity) is protected. Any reproduction for commercial purposes without written authorisation is prohibited. The guides may be quoted with a link to the source.
Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act. You have the right to access, rectify, port and erase your data, exercisable at the contact address above. Data is hosted in France and is never sold. Full details appear in our privacy policy.
Mediation and disputes
